Over-the-counter

Many Medicare plans include an Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit that helps cover everyday health-related items. This benefit typically resets every quarter and can be used at approved retailers for eligible products such as pain relievers, vitamins, first aid supplies, and more. Unused funds usually do not roll over, so it’s important to use the benefit before the quarter ends.
